Chronic Care Australia is excited to announce its move to the new state-of-the-art, purpose built facilities located on the Ground Floor of the Cottesloe Medical Centre, 525 Stirling Hwy, Cottesloe.

Opening 6am Monday 14 February at CottesloeMedical Centre - our globally recognised exercise medicine clinic will offer;

Multi-level car parking
Wheel-chair access
Walking distance from Cottesloe train station
Be surrounded by coffee shops and local restaurants
All new equipment
Ground floor access
Additional treatment rooms along with a functional strength and group Pilates room.

To make it seamless for all our clients, we will be ending the week at 1:00pm this Friday 11 February at 21 Stuart Street, Mosman Park (Saturday 12 February HIIT class and REBOOT will remain at Mosman Park). We will open at Cottesloe Medical Centre Monday 14 February at 6:00am.

We have been working with all our clients to ensure they are able to access the new fully compliant clinic with easy drop-off points and wheel-chair access.

If you have specific requirements, please advise Shelby at reception by calling 9385 1430. We have been working on this vision for six years. We are excited to share this new exercise medicine clinic with you. It will be the first of its kind offering our clinically proven and globally celebrated exercise medicine delivery system.

COVID update.

At Chronic Care Australia we ask all clients to please download the ServicesWA app to show proof of vaccination. The app will help you access important COVID-19 information, including how to prepare your household for COVID-19, where to get tested, where to get vaccinated and exposure location sites.

When you first set up and login to the ServiceWA app, it’s important to allow roughly 30 minutes to complete the process. Once you’ve completed this initial set up, you can easily enable and access multiple state government services within the ServiceWA app.

For Chronic Care Australia’s updates on COVID-19, pleasure ensure you are regularly checking our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website. We have ordered KN95 masks for the clinic. For those that would like to place an order, please leave your name at reception with Shelby. These high-quality KN95 face masks provide the best protection against the Omicron variant of COVID-19 infection, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study.

We will also have limited Rapid Antigen Tests that will be available to high risk clients. Again, please order at reception. RAT tests will become available to the wider community throughout February. We encourage individuals to source their own Rapid Antigen Tests and to please organise virtual appointments with your GP if feeling unwell.

To protect all of our clients and staff we have created specific servicing timeframes to minimise and control exposure risks. Please see below times and ensure you have booked your appropriate session times with reception:

Morning Care Clinic

830am to 11am - Fully Vaccinated Care Clinic

Afternoon Care Clinic

1pm to 2pm - Unvaccinated for Medical Reasons Care Clinic
2pm to 3pm - Fully Vaccinated Care Clinic
3:30pm to 4:30pm - 12 to 18yr olds Partially Vaccinated Care Clinic
4:30pm to 6pm – Fully Vaccinated Care Clinic

We will continue to maintain high levels of cleaning and hygiene compliance and we ask all clients make use of the new hand wipes, so they can enjoy the same level of protection and safety.
