For some women it passes unnoticed but for others it marks the beginning of severe weight gain, poor mental health, poor cognitive function, joint pain and soft tissue related chronic injuries, such as frozen shoulder and achilles tendinopathy.

At Chronic Care Australia, we have established an exercise medicine program to improve the mental and physical health and overall whole person health care of those suffering from menopause symptoms. 

Participants must be;

✚ Experiencing mental and physical symptoms of menopause
✚ Interested in finding out how exercise can help
