Cancellations / Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call (08) 9385 1430.
Missed appointments and late cancellations disadvantage therapists and other patients.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a missed appointment, you may be charged 50% of the cost of the consultation. Failure to attend will incur full consultation cost.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, equivalent to the fee of the original scheduled consultation for repeated cancellations.
