How to book, and frequently asked questions.

BOOKING A CLASS - (click here)

  • Yes, via the booking link (click here). We do not accept bookings over the phone or in person.

  • Bookings are available up to 1 month in advance.

  • If the class is full when you book, tick the box to join the online waitlist. If a place become available, you will receive a text message prior to the class to confirm.

  • We do not accept walk-ins — you must have a confirmed booking to attend.

  • To ensure quality of care, classes are capped at 6 participants and high demand classes are capped at 8 participants.

  • Your individual booking code is generated after you book your first class online. You’ll find this code in your class confirmation email. Once you have it, we recommend saving it or writing it down, as it can be used for future bookings. Simply enter your code when booking and your personal details will automatically populate.

T&C’s: CANCELLATIONS & DNA (DID NOT ATTEND) POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will forfeit the full cost of the session.

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@chroniccare.com.au or cancelled online through the link in your booking confirmation email.

    No-shows without notice will be treated as cancellations within 24 hours.

  • To cancel a class, go to the confirmation email for the specific class date. Within the email, under “Cancellations,” click the link provided. This will take you to a cancellation page where you can confirm the cancellation by clicking “Confirm.” If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your class please contact reception on 9385 1430.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • - 24 sessions total

    - $40 per class (GST included)

    Valid for 12 weeks from the date of the first booked class.

  • - 100 sessions total

    - $25 per class (GST included)

    Valid for 12 months from the date of the first booked class.

PROGRAM FREEZES / EXTENSIONS

    • 12-Week Package: one-time extension of up to 2 weeks

    • 12-Month Package: one-time extension of up to 1 month

    Requests must be submitted via email to admin@chroniccare.com.au prior to the expiry date.
