Post-COVID is classified as having had COVID-19 symptoms extending for a period of 12 weeks or more.
Symptoms include;
✚ Aching joints or muscles
✚ Whole-body fatigue and cognitive fatigue such as brain fog
✚ Increases in poor mental health such as depression or anxiety
✚ Reduced capacity for activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning or showering
At Chronic Care Australia, we have established an exercise medicine program to improve the mental and physical health and overall whole person health care of those with Post-COVID Condition.
12-week program prices vary depending on frequency. Costs start at $75 per week.
