Chloe graduated from Curtin University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, before continuing on to complete a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2025. Chloe has completed both her Mat and Reformer Pilates qualifications, with a strong interest in women's health, paediatrics, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Chloe is an accomplished netballer and enjoys spending her spare time going for runs, at a Pilates class, or with her friends and family.

What is Clinical Pilates, and how is it different from regular Pilates?
Clinical Pilates is a Pilates class led by a qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, tailored to the individuals needs, with a rehabilitative approach.
What does a Clinical Pilates class involve?
Each Clinical Pilates class runs for 30 minutes and is tailored to support your individual goals, needs, and current physical condition. The class utilises a combination of Reformer Pilates, Cadillac and Strength training to improve mobility, reduce pain, build strength, and enhance posture and control.
Do I need a referral to attend Clinical Pilates?
No a referral is not required, but some people come through a GP referral, especially under chronic disease management (CDM) plans.
Can I go straight into the class?
No, an initial assessment will be taken prior to going into the class to screen for any injuries, along with your past medical history, current presentation, and goals.
Can I do Clinical Pilates if I am pregnant or post-partum?
Yes, Clinical Pilates can be safely modified for all stages of pregnancy and post-partum recovery, with a focus on core stability, pelvic floor support, and overall wellbeing.
Is Clinical Pilates safe for people with injuries and chronic conditions?
Yes, Clinical Pilates is specifically designed to support rehabilitation and is safe for individuals managing injuries or chronic conditions, under the guidance of a qualified Exercise Physiologist.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, bookings are essential. Our Clinical Pilates sessions are capped at a maximum of 3 participants to ensure small class sizes, allowing for focused coaching and individualised attention from our Exercise Physiologist. This personalised approach means spots fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your place.
Is Clinical Pilates covered by private health insurance?
If you have private health insurance that covers Exercise Physiology, you will be able to claim for these classes.
What should I wear and bring to class?
Comfortable exercise clothing, a towel, socks (preferably grip socks), and a water bottle.
Can I combine Clinical Pilates with other forms of exercise?
Absolutely. It's often part of a well-rounded rehab or fitness plan.
Booking, cancellations and pricing info.
When do classes become available to book?
Bookings are available up to 1 month in advance.
How does the waitlist work?
If the class is full when you book, tick the box to join the online waitlist. If a place become available, you will receive a text message prior to the class to confirm.
How many people are in a class?
To ensure quality of care, classes are capped at 3 participants.
What is my Online Booking Code?
Your individual booking code is generated after you book your first class online. You’ll find this code in your class confirmation email. Once you have it, we recommend saving it or writing it down, as it can be used for future bookings. Simply enter your code when booking and your personal details will automatically populate.
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will forfeit the full cost of the session.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@chroniccare.com.au or cancelled online through the link in your booking confirmation email.
No-shows without notice will be treated as cancellations within 24 hours.
How do I cancel a class?
To cancel a class, go to the confirmation email for the specific class date. Within the email, under “Cancellations,” click the link provided. This will take you to a cancellation page where you can confirm the cancellation by clicking “Confirm.” If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your class please contact reception on 9385 1430.
