Corporate workshops with CCA.

When employers prioritise health, everyone performs better - and that’s precisely the mission of CCA’s Corporate Health Workshops. Our expert-led programs bring together education, prevention, and treatment into one holistic approach, delivering real benefits for both employees and organisations.

Employees experience improved health, reduced stress, enhanced work–life balance, and greater job satisfaction, while employers reap the rewards through higher productivity, reduced absenteeism, lower healthcare costs, and a more positive, thriving workplace culture.

With 61% of Australians living with at least one chronic health condition in 2022, it’s clear that health isn’t just a personal issue - it’s a workplace imperative.

Transform workplace wellbeing - because healthier employees create stronger businesses.

CCA responds with evidence-based, clinically proven Exercise as Medicine programs and whole-person care led by a dedicated team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Sports Scientists. Our tailored workshops guide individuals across the illness-to-wellness continuum, helping them move better, feel better, and live better - for the long term.
