Introducing ONERO™ for Effective Osteoporosis Treatment and Management.

Chronic Care Australia is now accredited to deliver the revolutionary ONERO™ bone health program in Western Australia. ONERO™ represents a new gold standard in exercise medicine for people who are living with, or facing, osteoporosis.

Developed from extensive research and clinical studies, conducted under the supervision of Professor Belinda Beck at Griffith University, ONERO™ takes a pioneering approach to enhancing bone density and preventing osteoporotic fractures.

“When it comes to our bones, the research tells us not all exercise is equal,” Professor Beck said. “In fact, exercise that is targeted, supervised and focuses on resistance and impact training is best.”

Results to date have shown significant increases in bone mineral density (BMD) among ONERO™ clinic patients, with 86% of patients increasing their lumbar spine bone mass and 69% of patients increasing their hip bone mass.

What sets ONERO™ apart is its flexibility; it doesn’t require exercising five days a week. Studies demonstrate that exercising just twice a week effectively enhances bone density, strengthens muscles, and reduces the likelihood of falls.

The ONERO™ program is based on the outcomes of the LIFTMOR and MEDEX-OP trials.
