Neurodiversity program.
Neurodiverse individuals — including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other conditions - often experience unique challenges in managing energy levels, focus, and emotional balance. Regular therapeutic exercise has been shown to play a critical role in:
✚ Reducing sensory overload & emotional dysregulation
✚ Boosting cognitive processing & executive function
✚ Improving sleep, reducing hyperactivity & enhancing social engagement
Research shows that as little as 10 minutes of light to moderate physical activity resulted in great control of inhibitory tasks in neurodiverse individuals. Ongoing, structured exercise showed the greatest effect of inhibitory task control.
Our prescribed exercise programs for neurodiversity are tailored to individual needs, ensuring that each participant finds movement strategies that work for them.
