ABOUT THE COURSE
This course places Exercise Physiology at the heart of value based health care. It will provide Exercise Physiologists with the tools to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients managing chronic conditions relative to the cost of care.
This program has been designed by Chronic Care Australia, winner of the International Value Based Health Care Prize.

Structure.
This course is online and self-paced (approximately 8 hours), allowing you to set your own learning time, taking time to reflect on how you and your workplace are currently set-up for VBHC, and how you can implement further strategies.
It is a resource that has been designed to inspire you to implement VBHC within your clinical space and daily practice.

ASSESSMENT
At the end of each module, you will be required to complete a short multiple-choice assessment to test your knowledge.
Each assessment requires an 80% pass mark for you to continue to the next module.
You have three attempts of each assessment to achieve the pass mark.

You will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

To commence enrolment, you will be required to create an account.
Once created, the online course will be visible, and it’s here where you will be required to make your purchase.
Once payment is processed, the online course will be accessible.
Creating a password for your Moodle account.
Secure passwords are required for the setup of your Moodle account. Valid passwords:
Must be at least 10 characters long.
Contain at least 1 digit, 1 lower case letter and 1 upper case letter.
Must not have more than 2 sequential or repeated digits.
Do I require a PayPal account to purchase the course?
No. Although PayPal is the preferred payment gateway, you are not required to have a PayPal account. When the payment pop-up appears on-screen, simply click Proceed and this will take you to two payment options: 1. via PayPal, or 2. via Debit/Credit Card.
Will I receive payment confirmation?
Yes. Once payment is successfully processed, you will be gain instant access to the online course. Shortly after, you will be emailed a PayPal receipt, regardless of whether you have paid via the PayPal or Debit/Credit Card options as per the above FAQ.
Does the course have an expiry date?
Enrolment is valid for one year from date of purchase. The course is self-paced, allowing you to set your own learning time.
Will I receive a completion certificate?
Yes. The completion certificate is located within the online course. Once all modules are passed, and the course is completed, the certificate will become accessible and available for download. Keep this certificate for evidence of Continuing Professional Development points.
